Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Home Repair Specialist with approximately 10 years of experience in residential construction/maintenance. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for a dedicated customer base of up to 80 homeowners. The technician will conduct quarterly maintenance visits and handle season-specific preventative tasks to ensure homes remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct seasonal preventative maintenance and necessary repairs across multiple residential properties.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and siding.
• Perform carpentry tasks, including trim work, cabinet making, deck and stair construction, and remodel framing.
• Ensure homes are well-maintained and address homeowner concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with homeowners regarding service updates and necessary repairs.
• Utilize email and mobile devices to coordinate schedules, document work, and provide updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance and construction trades.
• Expertise in:
  • Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Plumbing installation and repairs
  • Carpentry, including trim work, cabinet making, decks, stairs, and remodeling
  • Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
  • Painting (interior and exterior)
  • Siding repairs and installation
• Must own a personal set of tools necessary for the job.
• Strong proficiency with email and mobile communication for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

Compensation & Benefits:
